The Criminal Justice (Electronic Commerce) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021
This instrument is to address failures in retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the EU by amending the domestic legislation which implements a reciprocal arrangement known as the 鈥楥ountry of Origin principle鈥� (鈥淐oOp鈥�).

This proposed negative statutory instrument was withdrawn and re-laid due to a defect found in Regulation (1) which contained an incomplete commencement date. This has now been amended.
