The Computer Reservation Systems (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument is being made using powers in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (鈥渢he Withdrawal Act鈥�) in order to address failures of retained EU law, specifically Regulation (EC) No 80/2009 on a Code of Conduct for computerised reservation systems (鈥渢he Regulation鈥�), arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
