The Common Agricultural Policy (Direct Payments to Farmers) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (Withdrawn)

These instruments amend retained European Union (鈥淓U鈥�) legislation relating to Direct Payments to farmers and land managers under agricultural support schemes within the Common Agricultural Policy (鈥淐AP鈥�). These instruments will address operability issues created by the United Kingdom (鈥淯K鈥�) leaving the EU to ensure that the Direct Payments legislation can continue to operate effectively after EU Exit.
