The appellant鈥檚 support was discontinued under Regulation 3(2)(e) by way of the final rejection of his further representations in relation to his claim to asylum. Regulation 3(2)(b) was raised in terms of the appellant鈥檚 wife鈥檚 pregnancy which although less than 34 weeks (the cut off for flying in pregnancy) was beset by complications including poor mental health. Finding that Regulation 3(2)(b) applied by application of the respondent鈥檚 Section 4 instructions regarding complications in pregnancy.
