Finding that the appellant is part of a household which includes a child under the age of 18 years 鈥� by application of Regulation 2(4) of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000. Interpretation of the term 鈥渄ependent鈥� by application of R v London Borough of Camden ex parte Diirshen (24 February 2000) and Simmons v Pizzey [1979] AC 37. Finding that the appellant鈥檚 nephew could be treated as their dependent for the purpose of Section 95(5) of the 1999 Act Regulation 2(4).
