Judicial Summary
Application of the student unearned income provisions of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013 to a student whose maximum available student loan has been reduced on account of a maintenance grant paid by the Welsh Government. Regulation 69 of the 2013 Regulations requires a student鈥檚 unearned income to be assessed as if the student鈥檚 maximum available student loan was not reduced on account of a Welsh Government maintenance grant.
