Judicial Summary
Appeal allowed on mistakes in findings of fact, leaving only an isolated finding of a failure to report to the regulator from a decade before Disclosure and Barring Service鈥檚 decision. The tribunal decided it would be irrational to include her in the barred lists on those findings and directed that she be removed.
