Judicial Summary

Restricted operator鈥檚 licence. Operator stopped using his operating centre and failed to notify the Traffic Commissioner. He then failed to respond to correspondence warning him that the Traffic Commissioner was minded to revoke his licence under s.26 of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995. Licence revoked. Appellant accepted at the appeal that the Traffic Commissioner 鈥渉ad done the right thing鈥�. Appeal dismissed.
