Summary:

During an approach to Southampton in moderate turbulence the aircraft decelerated below its minimum manoeuvring speed and the flight crew received a momentary stick shake warning, indicating a low speed condition. The autopilot disengaged automatically and the aircraft reached 12.5掳 nose-up and rolled 43.5掳 to the left, albeit not concurrently, before the flight crew regained full control.
