Summary:
The aircraft struck trees on isolated high ground in conditions of poor visibility and was destroyed. The pilot, a senior instructor, and the student pilot suffered fatal injuries. 鈥楾he Skyway Code鈥�, published by the CAA, describes the hazards of flight in these circumstances and steps that can be taken at the planning stage to help avoid them.
