Summary:

During the landing roll the aircraft鈥檚 left main landing gear collapsed and the aircraft departed the left side of the paved runway. The damaged sustained by the left landing gear components was consistent with the side brace folding as weight was transferred onto the landing gear during the landing. The cause of the landing gear collapse was most probably the incorrect fitment of a set screw in the downlock link. One Safety Recommendation is made.
