Summary:

After lift-off, the co-pilot retracted the flap instead of the landing gear. The commander lowered the nose attitude and selected TOGA thrust but the GPWS Mode 3 aural alert (鈥淒ON鈥橳 SINK, DON鈥橳 SINK鈥�) was triggered before the aircraft recovered to climbing flight.
